High-performance technology with an athletic look: the new Motion PWR models from PUMA® Safety

ISM GmbH, leading manufacturer of safety footwear and workwear, is launching the new MOTION PWR safety footwear line under the PUMA® Safety brand. The line is inspired by high-performance running shoes and comes with new PWR.FOAM® technology.

The athletic models in the MOTION PWR line are engineered specifically to withstand the stiff challenges of everyday working life. With their innovative PWR.FOAM® midsole – a technology rooted in high-performance running – the shoes ensure outstanding responsiveness while remaining feather-light. What is more, the heat-resistant HRO outsole with special tread zones maintains optimised grip on a variety of surfaces to effortlessly overcome the daily challenges of professional life.

Lasting cushioning, agile lightness and durable comfort

At the heart of the new shoe line is the eye-catching MOTION PWR sole, which blends ultramodern design with technical innovation.
Not only does the PWR.FOAM® midsole maximise cushioning and ensure excellent energy return of up to 70%, it also comes with a non-slip rubber outsole and is heat-resistant up to 300 degrees Celsius. The MOTION PWR safety shoes therefore combine lightness, comfort and stability at the highest level and guarantee almost effortless walking.

The latest generation of metal-free FAP®LITE penetration protection is 50% lighter than conventional technologies, while still offering considerable flexibility, improved cushioning and pressure elasticity. Breathability also ensures a pleasantly cool wearing experience thanks to efficient moisture absorption and dissipation.

The Evercushion® MMT footbed provides additional comfort. Engineered specifically with an open-pored structure, the lightweight footbed delivers outstanding moisture management and optimised cushioning to ease the strain on muscles and joints. The non-slip textile webbing holds the foot securely in the shoe, even during intensive use.

Sporting looks in trend colours

The MOTION PWR line comes in six different models with revolutionary designs, all of them equipped with a robust and lightweight fibreglass toe cap, flexible FAP®LITE penetration protection, ESD function, a breathable BreathActive functional lining, the Evercushion® MMT footbed and soft padded upper and tongue padding.

High-quality combinations of sandwich mesh and hard-wearing microfibre are used as the upper materials, along with flexible and breathable Safety Knit® fabric. The non-slip, heat-resistant rubber outsole with PWR.FOAM midsole ensures excellent cushioning and energy return. The models are available in sizes 39 to 48 to accommodate a broad variety of foot types.

Four models in the MOTION PWR line comply with safety class S1PS, while two fulfil safety class S3S. Of particular note are the Rival Blue/Orange Mid model, which was honoured with the German Innovation Award, and the Turbo Blk/Red Mid model, which received the Plus X Award.
