ALBATROS VIP package for the season finale

With beautiful weather and an electric atmosphere, the participants in our ALBATROS quiz were treated to perfect conditions at the Veltins Arena when FC Schalke 04 played against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim on Easter Saturday. But only one of them could take home the BEST MATES PACKAGE.

As Jan and Timo eagerly awaited their entrance by the side of the pitch, they had their picture taken with the Schalke mascot and watched the players make their way out onto the ground. Being so close to the action was an experience in itself.

THE VERDICT

At 20:01, it was time… The stadium announcer signalled the arrival of the lucky participants as they strode out onto the hallowed turf to compete in our ALBATROS quiz for the chance to win our BEST MATES PACKAGE, including two VIP tickets for the season finale against VfB Stuttgart, a special SCHALKE pair of ALBATROS safety shoes that they chose themselves, and an ALBATROS functional jacket.

The candidates had to answer questions about safety footwear. When it went down to the wire, the participants had to guess how many millilitres of beer would fit into the new GRAVITATION MID S04 safety boots by ALBATROS. Jan from Möhnesee offered the best guess and won the BEST MATES PACKAGE.

FAN FEVER AT WORK

As we’re the sponsor and official partner for security footwear and work fashion at FC SCHALKE 04, a new range of ALBATROS safety shoes and trecking / work shoes was launched in collaboration with the football club at the end of March 2019. The new footwear is sold by well-stocked specialist retailers, on the S04 online store and in the fan shop at Veltins Arena. The themed PPE collection was expanded with functional jackets and shirts for the work fashion segment in June 2019. Now you can even show your true love for your club at work!
