ISM welcomes new apprentices for 2023

With the start of the new apprenticeship year, ISM Heinrich Krämer GmbH & Co. KG welcomes three new apprentices to its team. Niklas Braun starts his apprenticeship as a warehouse specialist, while Louis Neugebauer and Arthur Narciso Schlüter begin their careers as merchants in wholesale and foreign trade management representatives.

ISM is known for its outstanding training system, which has produced several award-winning apprentices in the past.

"We take our responsibility for apprenticeships in the region very seriously. Our goal is to offer our apprentices an attractive and versatile training that optimally prepares them for their future careers," says Nadine Geraedts, HR Officer at ISM.

A core component of ISM's training success is the effective linking of theory and practice. Apprentices are actively integrated into the young, dynamic team and thus gain insight into day-to-day business and learn in a practical way from day one. Those who complete their training at ISM have good prospects of a permanent position after successful completion.

The start of the new training year also marks the start of the application process for the 2024 training year. Interested parties can now submit their applications online at jobs@ism-europa.de.
